Follow our guidelines below to prepare your submission.
Please note our closing date for submissions 1st February 2016.
We’ll respond to your submission by mid March 2016. You will be advised then whether your paper has been accepted for a Talk or Poster.
Max 200 words. (Does not include title, authors and affiliations. Additional space will be provided for funding acknowledgements. References are discouraged.)
Strictly one abstract submission per presenting author.
You must specify: Title, Author/s (presenting author first), and Affiliations
Your abstract should consist of an introduction, methods and results sections, and a conclusion. It is not required that the sections be explicitly labeled as such.
Each abstract must contain sufficiently detailed descriptions of the methods and the results so the value of the contribution may be assessed.
All abstracts must be in final form, in word document format (.docx), and submitted via this site.
On the submission form, you will be asked to specify whether you prefer to give a Talk or Poster.
